Coton Sport, Gazelle FA and Victoria United are putting the pressure on Unisport Bafang, who sit top of the table by a narrow margin.
The Cameroonian professional league heads into its Matchday 11 next weekend. But the battle is fierce between the clubs ranked from first to fifth.
Unisport Bafang leads the league with 20 points after matchday 10. They are closely followed by Coton Sport, who have 19 points. Gazelle FA rounds off the top three with 18 points. Victoria United are in fourth place with 17 points, whilst Bamenda occupy fifth place with 16 points.
Clearly, the five teams occupying the top spots are separated by a narrow margin. The slightest slip-up, coupled with success from other clubs, will prove costly.
