El Bachir Ngom joins the Swiss Super League

The Senegalese player has signed with Grasshopper Club Zurich.
A new adventure is beginning for El Bachir Ngom. After four seasons with FC Riga in Latvia, the Senegalese centre-back will now play in the Swiss Super League.
The 25-year-old has signed a three-year contract with Grasshopper. He will defend the Swiss club's colours until 2029.
Voted best defender in the Latvian league in 2025, El Bachir Ngom has bid farewell to his former club, officially announcing his signing in Switzerland.
