Zamalek will be without midfielder Nabil Emad Dunga for their upcoming Egyptian Premier League clash against ZED FC due to suspension after accumulating three yellow cards.
Crucial Absence for Zamalek
Dunga received his third booking during Zamalek’s 1-1 draw against Al Ahly in their last league fixture. The midfielder was cautioned in the first half for a heavy challenge on Al Ahly’s Ahmed Reda.
Zamalek will now prepare to face ZED FC on Thursday at Cairo International Stadium in round 16 of the league. The match is set to kick off at 7:00 PM Cairo time (8:00 PM Mecca time).
Battle for Points in the League Standings
With 28 points, Zamalek is now ranked third in the Egyptian Premier League and is hoping to win to maintain their position in the running for the championship. ZED FC, now in 13th place with 16 points, is trying to recover from a bad run of results.
