Egypt have officially confirmed their final 26-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with captain Mohamed Salah set to lead the Pharaohs at the global tournament.
The World Cup will be hosted across the United States, Canada, and Mexico from June 11 to July 19, and Egypt will be hoping to make a strong impression on their return to football’s biggest stage.
Egypt has been drawn in Group G and will begin their campaign against Belgium on June 15 in Seattle. The North Africans will also face New Zealand and Iran in the group phase.
