Durban City FC in advanced talks with Sekhukhune for Njabulo Ngcobo

Newly promoted Betway Premiership side Durban City FC are reportedly in advanced talks with Sekhukhune United for the services of highly rated defender Njabulo Ngcobo. This news has not been exclusive to one news site, with several South African football news sites already reporting and talking about it.

The 31-year-old defender joined Babina Noko at the start of the 2024-2025 season, which ended with Mamelodi Sundowns being crowned Betway Premiership champions, beating off competition from Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.

But with his huge commitment to the team, the player didn't get as many minutes as he wanted and lost the starting position to Lehlohonolo Seema.

So it will be a special experience for him to have this new experience with Durban City FC, and they will also benefit from his vast experience.
