"Dreams come true". Mbappe addressed the Real Madrid fans
After the official announcement of his transfer to Real Madrid, Kylian Mbappé wrote a message to the fans of his new club on his social media page on X:
"A dream come true, So happy and proud to join the club of my dream. Nobody can understand how excited I am right now. Can’t wait to see you, Madridistas, and thanks for your unbelievable support. ¡Hala Madrid!".
As a reminder, Mbappé joined Real Madrid as a free agent, signing a five-year contract with the club.
Mbappé has been a Real Madrid fan since childhood, and playing for this club has always been his dream.
It is expected that Mbappé will initially wear the number 9 jersey, previously worn by Karim Benzema. After Luka Modrić's departure from the club, he is set to inherit the number 10 jersey.
