Arsenal has reached an agreement to sign the talented 16-year-old twins, Edwin and Holger Quintero, from Ecuadorian side Independiente del Valle.
Details: The official Arsenal website reports that the players will only join the London club in August 2027, once they turn 18 years old.
Edwin and Holger hail from Esmeraldas, the same region of Ecuador as Piero Hincapié, who also came through Independiente del Valle's academy. The twins are regarded as some of the most promising young talents in South America and have already represented Ecuador at U17 level.
Edwin operates as a right winger, while Holger plays as an attacking midfielder.
Reminder: In the match against Brentford, Arsenal players Cristian Mosquera and Declan Rice suffered injuries and were unable to continue.
