Double reinforcement! Nottingham Forest close to signing two players at once
Nottingham Forest have ramped up their activity in the transfer market and are already negotiating with two potential newcomers.
Details: According to renowned journalist and insider Nicolò Schira, the English club is showing concrete interest in Estudiantes midfielder Mikel Amondarain, who is being considered as an option to bolster the central midfield.
In addition, Forest have their sights set on experienced left-back Nicolás Tagliafico, currently playing for French side Olympique Lyon. The Argentine boasts a wealth of international experience and could bring added solidity to the left flank of the defense.
Negotiations for both players are underway, though several issues still need to be resolved before final agreements are reached.
Transfermarkt values Mikel Amondarain at €3.5 million, while Tagliafico's price tag stands at €4 million.
