Donnarumma's older brother is close to joining a Serie A club
The older brother of PSG and Italy's national team goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, Antonio, could sign with a mid-table Serie A club this summer. According to insider Nicolò Schira, Torino is in the final stages of negotiations to sign the 34-year-old goalkeeper.
The report states that a "1+1" contract will be agreed upon, with the move set to happen on a free transfer. Antonio Donnarumma's last club was Padova in Serie C.
He has previously played for teams such as Piacenza, Gubbio, Genoa, Bari, Asteras, and Milan. Last season, Antonio made just two appearances for Padova before leaving the club at the end of his contract earlier this summer.
Torino finished last season in 9th place in Serie A. The veteran goalkeeper is expected to be offered a backup role to Vanja Milinković-Savić, who is the brother of former Lazio player Sergej Milinković-Savić.
