Done Deal: Stanley Iheanacho joins Midtylland on a three year deal

Nigerian forward Stanley Iheanacho has completed a return to Danish Superliga side FC Midtjylland after leaving Portuguese club CD Mafra.

The striker has signed a long-term contract with the Danish outfit, keeping him at the club until December 31, 2030, as Midtjylland continue to invest in promising young talent.

Club sporting director Kristian Bach Bak expressed his satisfaction with the signing, highlighting Iheanacho’s development journey across different countries at a young age.

“Stanley is still a young boy who came very far from home early on. He traveled from Nigeria to Denmark and then from Denmark to Portugal,” Bak told the club’s official website.
