The legendary Novak Djokovic, ranked second in the ATP world rankings, has advanced to the quarterfinals of Wimbledon 2024.
In the Round of 16, the 37-year-old Serbian easily defeated Danish tennis player Holger Rune, who is ranked 15th in the world, in straight sets. Djokovic conceded only 9 games to Rune throughout the match, with a scoreline of 6-3, 6-4, 6-2.
Thus, Djokovic became the last player to secure a spot in the quarterfinals.
