The bout has been rescheduled to a new date.
Details: According to Queensberry Promotions, it was officially decided today to postpone the fight between Britain's Moses Itauma (13-0, 11 KOs) and American Jermaine Franklin (24-2, 15 KOs) due to an injury Itauma sustained in training camp.

The fight was originally set for January 24 at Manchester's Co-op Live Arena, but because of Itauma's injury, it has now been officially moved to March 28.
The winner of this clash will become the mandatory challenger for the WBO heavyweight title currently held by Fabio Wardley.
In his last outing, Itauma demolished Dillian Whyte, knocking out the veteran in the very first round, while Franklin suffered a shock defeat to Kazakhstan’s Ivan Dychko in September 2025.
