Disasi and Chukwuemeka set to leave Chelsea in January
Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca has reportedly decided on the players he plans to move on in the winter transfer window.
Details. According to football insider Nicolo Schira, Axel Disasi and Carney Chukwuemeka are not part of Maresca's plans and are preparing to depart Stamford Bridge in January.
Reminder. The 26-year-old defender Disasi joined Chelsea in 2023. This season, the Frenchman—who was signed for €45 million — has made 12 appearances across all competitions, only three of which were in the Premier League.
Midfielder Chukwuemeka arrived at Chelsea from Aston Villa in 2022 for €18 million. This season, the 21-year-old Englishman has featured in just five matches, four of them in the UEFA Conference League.
Earlier reports suggested that Chelsea had been in contact with RB Leipzig over the potential transfer of forward Benjamin Šeško.
