Diogo Peral on Emile Witbooi's lack of involvement with the team

Cape Town City FC coach Diogo Peral has revealed the main reason for young star Emile Witbooi's lack of involvement and why the talented youngster is not ready to play a full 90 minutes for the team at the moment.
The 16-year-old young star made his debut for Cape Town City FC last season and is the son of former Mamelodi Sundowns player, Surprise Ralani.
This season, the player has only made two appearances for the Citizens, including the crucial PSL Promotional/Relegation Playoffs against Orbit College FC which ended in a 0-0 draw on Saturday at the Cape Town Stadium.
Speaking to the media after Saturday's game against Orbit College FC, coach Diogo Peral emphasized that Emile is very important to them, but there are important reasons why he is not involved in the team much.
We are happy and we know what Emile Witbooi can do, At the moment, if we could get the 20 minutes that Emile gives us at that intensity and the amount of tracking back that he does in those 20 minutes, if we could get that for 90 minutes, then of course the kid will start the game.
Peral said.
You’ve got to build him up. He’s a really talented kid. You saw the amount of time he was on the field and the difference that he made. But we can play him for a certain amount of minutes. We can’t expect him to keep to this kind of game for 90 minutes. So we’ve got to be careful when we put him on. But we are very happy. We wish we could have more of him.
Peral concluded.
