Today, the prestigious 2024 International Championship tournament concluded in Nanjing, China, with a surprising name crowned as the champion.
Details: In the final match, Chinese billiards player Ding Junhui, ranked ninth in the world, overcame England's Chris Wakelin, ranked 21st.
The match spanned 17 frames, and Ding emerged victorious with a score of 10-7. Although he trailed 2-4 early in the game, Ding managed to level the score, take the lead, and maintain his advantage until the end.
This victory marks Ding Junhui's first International Championship title since 2013.
