Galatasaray's Mauro Icardi continues his ongoing battle with ex-wife Wanda Nara. In the latest round of exchanges between the former lovers, the footballer took to his Instagram story to post a photo hinting at a rebuttal to Wanda's claims about his lack of friends.
The saga began when Wanda gave an interview to LAM, declaring that Mauro has neither close friends nor good family relations. She noted that she hasn't seen his family in three years, and they haven't been around him during holidays like Christmas or his birthday.
Although Icardi currently prefers to stay out of the public eye, he took to social media to make his move, subtly hinting at a response to Wanda.
The footballer posted photos from the pitch, showing a group of men in Galatasaray gear divided into two teams, captioned with the phrase “My friends are ready for 2025.” It seems that Mauro aimed to demonstrate to his ex-wife that he indeed has friends and is not alone.
