Reports indicate that León will arrive in Nice during the January transfer window and will spend six months there, with no option to buy. The Red Devils' management are counting on León for the future, but at the moment, the club cannot offer him enough playing time.
León joined Manchester United this summer from Paraguayan club Cerro Porteño for €4 million. He has made six appearances for United's youth team, scoring one goal. Diego León has yet to feature for the senior squad.
