Real Betis has officially announced the extension of the contract with their star midfielder Isco. The new contract is valid until the summer of 2027.

Isco joined Real Betis last summer as a free agent. His previous contract was signed on “a 1+1 scheme”.

In 17 La Liga matches, Isco scored 2 goals and provided 2 assists. In 11 games, he received the MVP award according to La Liga. Isco also has 3 goals and 4 assists to his name.

Before joining Betis, Isco played half a season for Sevilla, which terminated his contract due to poor physical condition. From 2013 to 2022, he played for Real Madrid, scoring 53 goals and providing 57 assists in 353 matches.
