Deontay Wilder has revealed his strategy for the upcoming fight

Former heavyweight world champion Deontay Wilder has shared his expectations for the upcoming bout against Zhilei Zhang.

"The Bronze Bomber" believes that the Chinese fighter slows down physically with each round, so he intends to wear him out and then deliver the decisive blow.

"I'm expecting his A plus plus game, I like Zhang, I like him as a fighter and what he presents inside the ring. Especially for the first half of a fight he seems like a true killer and somebody who is going to come and has nice technique and movement.

"Eventually he burns out and that might be the end of him dealing with a fighter like me, I can go. I like him, I like the fight, I love that he's a hard hitter, I am as well and may the best man win." Wilder told Sky Sports.

The Wilder vs. Zhang fight will take place on the undercard of the undisputed light heavyweight fight between Dmitry Bivol and Artur Beterbiev at the Matchroom - Queensbury 5 on 5 event, scheduled for June 1st in Saudi Arabia.

Earlier, the "Bronze Bomber" commented on the likelihood of a match against Anthony Joshua.
