Denmark's victory and Poland's draw with the Czech Republic. The results of the Euro Qualifiers

In the ninth round of qualifying for the 2024 European Championship, which will be held in Germany, Denmark hosted Slovenia in Group H, and Poland faced the Czech Republic in Group E.

Denmark 2-1 Slovenia

Denmark took the lead, scoring in the 26th minute. Joakim Maehle was the goalscorer. However, four minutes later, Slovenia equalized, thanks to a goal from defender Erik Janža. Denmark played better and posed a greater threat, so their goal was only a matter of time. At the start of the second half, the hosts took the lead again. Thomas Delaney scored for the Danes.

This goal secured Denmark's victory and guaranteed their place in the European Championship.

Poland 1-1 Czech Republic

Poland scored the opening goal in the 38th minute, with Jakub Piotrowski finding the back of the net. The Czech Republic managed to respond with an early goal in the second half. Midfielder Tomas Soucek leveled the score.

The match ended in a 1-1 draw. The Czech Republic sits in second place in Group E with 12 points after seven matches, while Poland has 11 points after eight games.
