This responsibility was entrusted to them following the departure of Souleymane Diallo, who was appointed National Technical Director at the Senegalese Football Federation.

The Senegalese club did not want to leave a vacancy in the first-team manager’s position following the promotion of its head coach to the Federation. Instead, it opted for temporary continuity at the helm of its coaching staff. That is why it entrusted this role to Demba Ba and Pape Ciré Dia, who had previously served as Souleymane Diallo’s assistants.

ASC Jaraaf welcomes this well-deserved promotion. The club extends its warmest congratulations to its coach, Souleymane Diallo, on his appointment as National Technical Director. This is recognition of the hard work, commitment and expertise of a man who has always worked for the development of football. We wish him every success in this new role serving national football. As sporting fixtures continue, his assistants Demba Ba and Pape Ciré Dia will take charge on an interim basis for the upcoming matches, with the full support of the club and the fans.
