Details: Recently, Barcelona have been linked with potential signings of Luis Díaz from Liverpool and Marcus Rashford from Manchester United, who is currently playing on loan at Aston Villa.
Barça sporting director Deco stated that while the club admires both players, it would be unethical to comment on such rumors since they are under contract with other teams. He also stressed that his main priority is to develop the talent already within the squad.
Quote: "We like Luis, we like Rashford, but we can't talk about players who are under contract elsewhere. For me, it's much more important to improve what we already have at home," Deco said.
Reminder: Earlier, Barcelona officially extended the contract of head coach Hansi Flick until 2027.
