Details: According to insider Nicolò Schira, the French forward from Crystal Palace has already reached an agreement in principle with Juventus on a four-year contract.
Reports indicate that both parties are eager to finalize the deal swiftly. It is expected that at the start of next week, Juventus CEO Damien Comolli will send an official transfer offer to Crystal Palace.
It’s worth noting that this season, Mateta has played 32 matches, netting ten goals and providing two assists. Transfermarkt currently values the Frenchman at €40 million.
Reminder: Fenerbahce’s Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri was offered to Juventus, but the Turin giants are in no rush to secure his signature.
