With Roberto De Zerbi stepping in as head coach, Tottenham's transfer strategy has taken a sharp new direction.
Details: According to CaughtOffside, if they secure their Premier League status, Tottenham are set to pursue the signing of Leipzig midfielder Arthur Vermeeren, who is currently on loan at Marseille.

It was De Zerbi himself who initiated the loan deal with the German club. The Italian manager highly rates the qualities of the 21-year-old Belgian and will make every effort to bring the player into his new squad.
The transfer could cost the Spurs around €20 million, with Vermeeren's current contract at Leipzig running until the summer of 2029.
This season, the Belgian has made 21 appearances across all competitions (1,000 minutes on the pitch), providing two assists.
