De Rossi commented on the rumors about Dybala's departure

Amidst the chaos surrounding Paulo Dybala’s potential departure from Roma, De Rossi stated that no player can be more important than the club, and in the long term, Roma will benefit from the arrival of new young talents.
“No one is above Roma; this is a crucial point,” said Daniele De Rossi, responding to numerous media inquiries about Dybala’s future.
The situation for the "Giallorossi" is less than ideal, given the substantial offer from Saudi club Al-Qadsiah, which proposes a three-year contract worth around €60 million. For the Romans, this presents a challenging dilemma, as they now face the task of finding a new striker while losing a fan favorite.
Dybala may well be the second-greatest talent in Roma’s history, with sales of his jerseys generating approximately €1.5 million for the club since his arrival in 2022 until the end of 2023. The streets of Rome are filled with calls to keep him, with banners hung over highways and graffiti decorating alleys. Social media is overflowing with emotion, creating a sense of apocalyptic urgency.
