Dangerous! Lando Norris' $2 million Ferrari involved in an accident
A viral video circulating on social media shows the luxurious red Ferrari owned by McLaren Formula 1 driver Lando Norris getting into an accident. The footage was uploaded on the YouTube channel Formula Collective.
It is unclear who was driving the car, but it is speculated that a friend of Norris was behind the wheel. The video captures the car losing control after a slight turn and acceleration, spinning out, and crashing rear-first into a barrier.
Norris owns a Ferrari F40, one of the rarest car models in the world. The stunning vehicle, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds, was purchased by the driver for an estimated €1.5–2 million.
Let’s hope that Norris insured his Ferrari; otherwise, his friendship with the driver at the time of the crash might face some serious strain.
In the last Formula 1 season, Lando Norris secured second place in the drivers’ championship, finishing behind Max Verstappen. However, Norris’ team, McLaren, claimed the Constructors' Cup, marking their first such victory in 26 years.
