CS Sfaxien part ways with Nabil Kouki
On Monday 12 October, the Tunisian club announced that it had parted ways by mutual consent with its manager and the entire technical staff of the first team.
Nabil Kouki will no longer continue in his role as head of the technical staff at CS Sfaxien. Appointed in July 2026, the Tunisian manager has officially stepped down after overseeing seven matches, including five in the Tunisian Ligue 1 and two in the CAF Confederation Cup.
CS Sfaxien has not disclosed the reasons for parting ways with its manager, who is leaving along with his assistant coaches. This departure comes after the Tunisian club suffered a 1–0 home defeat last Saturday against PS Sakiet Eddaïer, on matchday five of the Tunisian professional league.
Nabil Kouki is stepping down as manager as CS Sfaxien prepare for the first leg of the second qualifying round of the 2026–2027 CAF Confederation Cup. The Tunisian club are due to travel to Côte d’Ivoire to face AFAD on 17 October.
