Cristiano Ronaldo once again propelled his team to the final of a prestigious tournament. It was his goal that secured Portugal's victory over Germany and clinched their spot in the Nations League final. The star forward shared emotional photos from the match in his Instagram stories.

Ronaldo posted several images of the team celebrating his decisive goal, and also reposted a congratulatory message from the official Instagram account of the Portuguese national team marking their qualification for the final.

It's worth noting that Portugal claimed a hard-fought comeback win against Germany in Munich, adding even more significance to their achievement. The Portuguese side conceded first early in the second half, but managed not only to equalize, but also to take the lead. Both goals came within a blistering five-minute span.

Portugal have now advanced to the final and await their opponent, who will be determined in the clash between Spain and France later this evening. The Nations League final is set for June 8.

Additionally, whichever team triumphs in the upcoming final will become the first-ever two-time winner of the Nations League, as Portugal, France, and Spain have each claimed the tournament's three previous editions.
