The Saudi Pro League season is drawing to a close, and soon the best player of the campaign will be revealed.
Details: Today, the Pro League officially announced the five nominees for the Player of the Season award.
As expected, legendary stars Cristiano Ronaldo (Al-Nassr) and Karim Benzema (Al-Ittihad) made the shortlist. They are joined in the race by Salem Al-Dawsari (Al-Hilal), Roger Ibañez (Al-Ahli), and Cristian Guanca (Al-Shabab).
With 23 goals to his name, Ronaldo is currently the league's top scorer this season. Benzema trails him by just two goals.
