Echoes of Terry! Benfica striker Pavlidis slips right before his penalty kick, a moment that could cost his team a playoff spot.

In the 7th round of the Champions League against Juventus, Benfica were trailing 0-2 by the 80th minute and earned a chance to at least close the gap with a penalty.

Details: The shot from Lisbon Benfica's forward Vangelis Pavlidis went awry: just before the kick, the striker slipped, sending the ball way off target and squandering a real opportunity for his team to get back in the game.
