Conte wants his new club to buy Lukaku. How much would that cost?

Antonio Conte, who will soon become Napoli's new head coach, has decided on the name of a striker to replace Victor Osimhen.
According to Sky Sports, Conte wants the club to sign Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku, who spent last season on loan at Roma.
The clausula in Lukaku's current contract with Chelsea is 38 million euros. Napoli are ready to pay this amount. It remains only to agree with the striker himself.
If Napoli do not agree with Lukaku, Conte's alternative is the top scorer in La Liga Artem Dovbik, who plays for Girona.
Lukaku played 47 games in all competitions and scored 21 goals.
Lukaku has previously played under Conte for Inter.
