With his arrival at Napoli, Scott McTominay immediately became a key player for the Partenopei. So much so that the Scotsman is already starting to have health issues.

Details: Napoli's head coach Antonio Conte admitted that McTominay is overloaded due to the number of minutes he has spent on the pitch this season, and therefore he has not trained with his teammates this week.

Quote: "He had an overload, he trained slightly less than the others for a few days. We have 24 hours, and together with the boy, we will determine the best solution," Conte said at a press conference.

Reminder: McTominay arrived in Naples from Manchester United, which is interested in Conte's team forward Victor Osimhen, who is currently on loan at Galatasaray.
