UFC legend Conor McGregor has become a co-owner of the Bare Knuckle boxing association. The renowned Irishman made this announcement during the BKFC KnuckleMania 4 event in Los Angeles.

Bare Knuckle is hailed as the "fastest-growing sports company in the world." Bare Knuckle President David Feldman officially confirmed the acquisition.

"Ladies and gentlemen, today I have a huge announcement for you: Conor McGregor and McGregor Sports and Entertainment are now the owners of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championships. Welcome to the premier league. David Feldman, we did it," Conor declared.

The 35-year-old McGregor hasn't fought since July 2021, when he suffered a leg injury during his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier. However, he is set to return to the octagon later this year.

The Irishman will face Michael Chandler on UFC 303 in Las Vegas on June 29th. Official ticket sales for the event began on April 26th.
