Confirmed. West Ham have signed Kante

West Ham have already made seven transfers in the summer transfer window. Still, such a figure ‘Hammers’ hardly satisfied, and they are maximising their squad.

The press service of the London club announced the signing of 18-year-old midfielder FC Paris Mohamadou Kante, with whom was signed a contract until 2029. True, that season 2024/2025 will spend in France on loan.

However, for the main team of Parisians Kante has not yet made his debut, limited to appearances for the double (nine matches, two goals) and youth team of the club under 19 years (22 matches, three goals).

The signing of Kante was West Ham's second transfer to the midfield line this summer. Earlier, the Hammers completed the transfer of Real Betis supporting midfielder Guido Rodriguez, and it is also known of Julen Lopetegui's intentions to sign a third defender over the summer.
