CONFIRMED. The German club has announced the signing of the Man Utd midfielder

Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek has become a player of Eintracht Frankfurt.

The German club announced that the player moves to Frankfurt on loan. The deal is until the end of this season with a buyout option.

Aintracht sporting director Markus Krösche believes that the new player will become an important part of the club from Frankfurt.

"Donny van de Beek fits perfectly into our game plan and is an important piece of the puzzle for our team. He brings a wealth of international experience that will come in handy for our young players. Donny radiates a goal threat and should help our strikers," the official Eintracht website quoted the functionary as saying.

Manchester United bought Donny van de Beek from Ajax in September 2020 for €39 million. However, three and a half years of talented footballer was not enough to establish himself at the club. During that time, the Devils have loaned him out once to Everton, where he featured in the second half of last season. A move to Germany is another chance to resuscitate his career for van de Beek.

Eintracht Frankfurt currently shares sixth, seventh and eighth place in the Bundesliga and are fighting to qualify for the Europa League or Conference League next season.
