Confirmed. Lille said goodbye to the coach being wooed to Milan and has already found his successor

French Lille have reshuffled their head coach at the end of the season.
The fourth team of Ligue 1 last season said goodbye to their manager Paulo Fonseca, who managed the team since July 2022. The Portuguese specialist did not reach an agreement with the club on the extension of the agreement, which just about expires on 30 June this year.
Under his leadership, the club played in the quarter-finals of the Conference League last season, and in the next campaign, thanks to Fonseca, will play in the third qualifying round of the Champions League. But, the question arises, who will lead the team in the upcoming draw?
And, the Doges have already provided us with an answer to this question by announcing the employment of 57-year-old specialist Bruno Genesio, who is known for his work with Olympique Lyonnais and Rennes. The coach signed a contract with Lille until the end of the season 2025/2026.
Earlier, Fonseca was linked with a move to Milan, who are soon to say goodbye to their manager Stefano Pioli.
