The Roland Garros Grand Slam tournament continues on the courts of Paris. Today, in the fourth round, the world’s third-ranked player, Coco Gauff from the USA, faced Italy’s Elisabetta Cocciaretto, who is ranked 51st in the WTA standings.

The American began the match with confidence, winning three games on her serve and breaking her opponent twice. Cocciaretto managed to fight back and win a game on her third serve, but it was not enough, as Gauff held her serve in the next game to take the set.

In the second set, both players started with broken serves - Cocciaretto lost two and Gauff one. However, the third seed regained her composure, winning all her subsequent serves and breaking her opponent once more to secure the set and the match.

Gauff served three aces, committed five double faults, hit nineteen winners, and made fifteen unforced errors.
