The French manager has released an extended squad of 35 Red Devils for the upcoming international break.

The Republic of the Congo will kick off their qualifying campaign for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations away from home. The Red Devils will face Namibia on 24 September. However, due to a lack of an approved stadium, Claude Le Roy’s side will play at the Obed Itani Chilume Stadium in Francistown, Botswana.

Five days later, the Congolese national team will play their second qualifying match at home. The Red Devils will host Cameroon’s Indomitable Lions on 29 September at the Alphonse-Massamba-Débat Stadium in Brazzaville.

From the 35 players shortlisted, Claude Le Roy will select a shortlist to represent the Republic of the Congo during these first two rounds of qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations, which will be hosted by Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda in 2027.
