Chippa United Reshuffle Technical Team Ahead of Crucial League Matches

Chippa United have announced significant changes to their technical team as they gear up for the second half of the season. Kopo asked for an extension but declined when given one, citing personal issues or reasons.

During his time in charge the Chilli Boys played 12 matches, winning four, drawing two and losing six, which left the team in ninth place on the league table. His tactical nous in his first PSL head coaching position has already marked him an exciting prospect in South African football circles.

Thabo September steps in as the new head coach, with experienced coach Mabhuti Khanyeza joining as his assistant. Chippa United wished Kopo well in his future undertakings and thanked him for his services.

The team is now focusing on their upcoming home game against Royal AM on January 11 in an attempt to recover from their recent loss to Kaizer Chiefs and hold onto their position in the league standings.
