Chilwell set for medical ahead of Crystal Palace move

With the arrival of Enzo Maresca, Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell has completely fallen out of the squad selection. However, on the final day of the transfer window, he has found a new club.

Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, Chilwell will undergo a medical today ahead of his loan move to Crystal Palace.

The 28-year-old Englishman will join Palace on loan until the end of the season, with a buy option included in the deal.

This season, Chilwell has played only 45 minutes, featuring in Chelsea’s EFL Cup match against Barrow.

Reminder: Yesterday, Crystal Palace pulled off a surprising 2-1 away victory over Manchester United.
