Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has earned a nomination for the Barclays Women’s Super League (WSL) Save of the Season award following her outstanding performances between the posts this campaign.
The Nigerian international received the nomination for her remarkable save during Brighton’s 1–1 draw against Liverpool last November.
The Super Falcons star is joined on the shortlist by several top goalkeepers across the league, including Manchester City’s Ayaka Yamashita, Leicester City’s Janina Leitzig, Arsenal duo Daphne van Domselaar and Anneke Borbe, as well as Elene Lete of London City Lionesses.
