Chelsea's manager hopes the club can sign a few more players this summer

Chelsea continues to be active in the transfer market this offseason, both selling and acquiring players. However, it seems this might not be enough.

As head coach Enzo Maresca revealed, he hopes the club will sign a few more players before the end of the summer. He also shared his thoughts on the potential signings of Osimhen and Félix.

"These are not our players, so it's not appropriate to speak about Napoli's player or Atlético's player. At this moment, the club is fully aware of my thoughts on what we need if we make any moves. I hope we can bring in some players before the transfer window closes," Maresca stated.

Chelsea will face Manchester City in the first round of the Premier League at Stamford Bridge. The match will take place on Sunday, August 18th, with kick-off at 17:30 Central European Time.

The difficulties that arose in the negotiation process between Atlético and Chelsea in the transfer of forward João Félix are gradually being overcome.
