The concluding fixture of the 33rd round of the English Premier League will feature Chelsea and Everton.

Chelsea continues to exhibit notably inconsistent performances and currently finds itself in the ninth position of the league table. It is worth noting that the "Blues" have played two matches fewer than many other teams in the league, and victory in these two postponed matches could potentially propel them above Newcastle into sixth place.

Everton has endured sanctions this season, which have affected the club adversely. Midway through the season, the "Toffees" were penalized with a ten-point deduction, but after an appeal, six points were restored. However, this week, Merseyside's team has been penalized again for financial misconduct, resulting in a further deduction of two points. Presently, Everton occupies the sixteenth position, with only two points separating them from the relegation zone.

Several renowned sources, such as Sofascore, Besoccer, and Whoscored, have already speculated on the potential starting lineups for each team. Additionally, one of Europe's principal telecommunications systems, Eurosport, has also weighed in on the matter.

It is pertinent to note that both teams have incurred losses ahead of the match, with Chelsea bearing the brunt of them.

Chelsea will be without Reece James, Levi Colwill, Romeo Lavia, Christopher Nkunku, Chimuanya Ugochukwu, and Wesley Fofana. Furthermore, the participation of Robert Sanchez, Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi, Raheem Sterling, and Enzo Fernandez remains uncertain.

For Everton, Dele Alli and Lewis Dobbin will be absent from the pitch, with Arnau Danjuma's participation also in question.

Regarding Chelsea's starting lineup, sources have diverged in their opinions regarding several players.

In goal, Georgi Petrovich is likely to assume the goalkeeper position.

In defense, a quartet of players will feature, with Marco Kukurelya on the left. In the center of defense, either Thiago Silva, Axel Disasi, Trevoh Chalobah, or Benoit Badiashile could play. On the right side of defense, Mauricio Pochettino may field either Malo Gusto or Axel Disasi.

In the midfield, closer to the pivot, one can expect to see Moises Caicedo, potentially partnered with either Enzo Fernandez or Conor Gallagher.

Moving further up the field, Cole Palmer is likely to operate closer to the attack, with either Mikhail Mudrik or Conor Gallagher on the left and Noni Madueke on the right. Nicholas Jackson will be the lone striker.

  • Predicted Chelsea line-ups:
    Petrovich – Kukurelya, Silva/Disasi/Chalobah/Badiashile, Silva/Disasi/Chalobah/Badiashile, Gusto/Disasi – Caicedo, Fernandez/Gallagher – Mudrik/Gallagher, Palmer, Madueke/Gallagher – Jackson

As for Everton's starting lineup, sources have disagreed on one player in particular.

In goal, it is expected that Jordan Pickford will be guarding the net.

In defense, Vitaliy Mykolenko will likely play on the left, with Jarrod Branthwaite and James Tarkowski in the center, and Seamus Coleman on the right flank.

In midfield, Dwight McNeil, James Garner, and Ashley Young are anticipated to feature. The final midfield position remains uncertain and could be filled by either Idrissa Gueye or Andre Gomes.

Abdulai Dukure will serve as the withdrawn forward, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin as the sole striker.

  • Predicted Everton line-ups:
Pickford – Mykolenko, Branthwaite, Tarkowski, Coleman – McNeil, Gueye/Gomes, Garner, Young – Dukure, Calvert-Lewin
