Chelsea signs two young talents from Sporting

Chelsea continues its pursuit of young talents and has secured the transfers of two Sporting players.

Details: As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Geovani Quenda, born in 2006, and Dario Essugo, born in 2005, will join Chelsea. The English club will pay 74 million euros for both. Quenda will move to Chelsea in 2026, while Essugo will join in the summer of 2025.

Sporting confirmed that Chelsea will pay 50.77 million plus 1.36 million in bonuses for Quenda. Regarding Dario Essugo, the Lisbon club will receive 22.27 million.

Incidentally, 17-year-old Estevao Willian, who is owned by Chelsea, is impressing with his performances for Palmeiras. Today, it was revealed which club the Brazilian wonderkid will play for at the Club World Cup .
