Chelsea Send Official €45m Bid for Lamine Camara as Enzo Fernandez Replacement
Chelsea have reportedly submitted a €45 million bid to Monaco for Senegalese midfielder Lamine Camara as a possible replacement for Enzo Fernandez.
The Blues are considering Camara as they prepare for the possibility of Fernandez leaving Stamford Bridge for Manchester City, with talks between the two clubs already underway.
According to an exclusive report from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have made a formal €45 million proposal to AS Monaco. However, Monaco currently considers the offer too low, although negotiations remain ongoing.
Camara is reportedly keen on joining Chelsea, giving the Premier League club encouragement as they attempt to complete the deal before the transfer window closes.
The 22-year-old joined Monaco from Metz in 2024 and has made 74 appearances for the French club, contributing six goals and 11 assists.
