Chelsea scouts keep tabs on Napoli and Barcelona leaders

Chelsea representatives were present at the Napoli stadium where Napoli and Barcelona drew 1-1 in the first leg of the Champions League 1/8 final on Wednesday to keep an eye on each team's players.

According to Goal, their attention was drawn to Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and Barcelona defender Jules Kounde.

The Napoli striker, who was already in talks with the West London club last season, is again of interest to the club as they are struggling for strikers in the Premier League.

They have also been eyeing Kounde, who has reportedly been linked with a summer move away from sunny Catalonia. There was interest from clubs in 2022, but Barcelona eventually bought the defender from Sevilla.
