Chelsea refuses to give up in the race for Ekitike

Chelsea is not giving up its attempts to sign Hugo Ekitike.

Details: Despite the lack of official updates, Florian Plettenberg reported on his X page that Chelsea representatives have held another round of talks with the young French striker as well as with his current club, Eintracht Frankfurt.

The German club does not rule out the possibility of transferring one of its key players but has made it clear that the minimum deal value is set at €100 million.

The 22-year-old forward featured in 48 matches during the 2024/25 season, scoring 22 goals, four of which came in the Europa League.

Notably, Transfermarkt values Ekitike at €55 million.
