Chelsea may face the prospect of losing Cole Palmer for their upcoming match against Arsenal in the 11th round of the Premier League, as the London derby is set to take place on November 10 at Stamford Bridge.

There’s a strong chance that the Blues' key player may miss this pivotal clash.

Details: Chelsea’s head coach Enzo Maresca revealed that starting Palmer against Arsenal on Sunday might be a risky choice.

Quote: “Palmer didn’t train yesterday. We’ll see if he’s able to train today. We’re hopeful he can play against Arsenal, but we’ll have to wait and make a decision,” Maresca said.

To recall: The 22-year-old missed training on Monday and Tuesday due to an injury he sustained after a tackle from Lisandro Martinez during stoppage time in Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United.

The England international was seen limping heavily when he managed to get up, though referee Robert Jones only issued Martinez a yellow card for the challenge.
