The name of Cesc Fàbregas, Chelsea legend and current head coach of Italian side Como, has recently been linked with the vacant managerial position at the London club. However, the Spaniard was quick to shut down any speculation, making his intentions for the near future crystal clear.

Details: Renowned insider Fabrizio Romano quoted the Spanish coach, who was resolutely concise:

“I have nothing to say about that. It would be stupid to think about it now. I haven’t even seen any official statements from our president.”

Fàbregas emphasized that his focus remains solely on his current project in Italy.

“I believe I will continue my chapter as head coach of Como,” said Cesc, putting an end to speculation about a possible return to Stamford Bridge any time soon.

It's worth noting that Fàbregas is having a fantastic season with his club. At the moment, Como sit 5th in Serie A.

Reminder: Lampard spoke about a possible Chelsea comeback.
