Chelsea lost to Aston Villa in a Premier League match a few rounds ago and have now also been fined by the Football Association.

Details: As it became known, the FA fined Chelsea £150,000 for failing to control their players. The issue was that after the final whistle in the match against Aston Villa, a plastic bottle was thrown from the Chelsea side towards the Birmingham team’s bench.

Representatives of the Football Association reviewed all the video footage but were unable to determine who exactly threw the bottle. However, since it came from Chelsea’s technical area, the club was punished with a fine.

Chelsea will face Crystal Palace in the Matchday 23 fixture of the English Premier League, which will take place on Sunday, January 25, at Selhurst Park. Kick-off is at 15:00 CET.

Reminder: Chelsea head coach Liam Rosenior has also denied rumours about Cole Palmer’s potential move to Manchester United.
